As a member of our community, you can find exactly the type of support you need.
Find Your CSC is all about trying new programs and growing your support community…with the opportunity to win prizes!
Here’s how it works:
Anyone who wishes to play, simply click the button below to register anytime during the month of October—
Once you’ve registered, you will be automatically entered to win prizes for each category of the CSCLA programs you attend in October!
If you attend an event from every category, you will be automatically entered to win a grand prize!

Anyone who registers will be mailed a game card and stickers to keep track of your progress!
This is entirely optional and intended for fun!
After you register to play, we will automatically enter you in prize drawings when you register for programs as usual.
You are not required to mail anything to us.
