On March 7 & 8th, over 15 runners participated in the LA Marathon, Charity Half Marathon, and LA 5K in benefit of Cancer Support Community Los Angeles!
Our runners raised an incredible $15,000 through friends, family, community support. PLUS, our friends at Concern Foundation made a gift of $15,000 to support our team, bringing our total amount raised to $30,000!
We are blown away by the determination and strength of our runners.
A huge thank you to our celebrity team— The Rascals—led by Olympian and writer Alexi Pappas and her friends: influencer Victoria Paris, endurance athlete Cameron Hanes (who placed third in the Charity Half Marathon!), and comedian Dan LaMorte. We are so grateful for your efforts in raising funds and awareness of our free support programs for people affected by cancer.

Our Rascals team each wore an orange “Rascals” bandana, proudly displaying Cancer Support Community Los Angeles as they ran. (*Limited edition bandanas were also sent to anyone who donated to their team while supplies last!*)
Congratulations to our Team CSC runners: Abby Eduardo Espinosa (our very own Programs Manager!), Christopher Blanco, Gary Shikhelman, Joe Caputo, Jose Ojeda, Leo Lachenal, Matthew Lee, Vanessa Recendez, and Zach West!
