The Cancer Support Helpline staff are available to counsel cancer patients or their loved ones who are struggling to cope with a cancer diagnosis. Our trained professionals can be reached toll-free at the above phone numbers during the following hours:
Our Cancer Support Helpline is staffed by community navigators and resource specialists who have extensive experience in helping people affected by cancer. We provide guidance, resources, and support to cancer patients or their loved ones with a variety of needs — from getting information about cancer, identifying a local support group, or just finding someone who is willing to listen. So that no one faces cancer alone.
Helpline Services include:
- Over-the-phone translation support in over 200 languages
- Connecting callers to local or national resources, counseling, support groups, treatment lodging & transportation services, and other programs
- Live web chat option for those who prefer not to call ― Find the Chat Now window at the bottom of your screen
- Specialized information and navigation in finances & treatment costs, clinical trials, pediatric oncology, CAR T cell therapy, and genetics/genomics
- Treatment decision-making education
- Access to an online distress screening program, CancerSupportSource®

- Live, bilingual Spanish navigation services

MyLifeLine is a communication tool that allows you to share information about your cancer treatment with your friends, family and loved ones all at once!
Send out messages, appointment dates, and other important information, helping you to keep everyone informed in one simple step.
MyLifeLine is free, confidential and created for anyone impacted by cancer.
Open to Options
If you are facing a cancer treatment decision, Cancer Support Community’s Open to Options™ specialists can help you get the most out of your doctor’s visit and help you talk more openly with your health care team about the things that really matter to you in your cancer treatment.
In a brief one-hour session, an Open to Options™ specialist can help you develop a personal list of questions and concerns to explore with your doctor and to develop the best treatment options for you.
